Meet the team
Darryl Parr, Chairman
Darryl has now been involved with the Village Hall since 2011 and stepped up to the Chairman position in 2015 where he currently sits with a great team of committee around him.
Julie Jillings, Secretary
Julie is a key member of the committee in not only keeping the secretarial duties in line but is the Fundraising Queen helping us raise the money required to keep the building in such good shape.
Ann Ford
Ann is a valued member of the committee that has the knowledge and experience of seeing both the village and the Memorial Hall grow and expand through the last few years. Ann also sits on the Parish Council so it allows us to keep the relationship strong to both committees.
Paul Turner
Paul is also a new member to the Committee but Paul was born and bred in the village so it is embedded in his beliefs to keep the strong village feel alive. Although Paul has only recently joined the committee he has been a large part of the Fundraising team in calling bingo numbers to singing at the Christmas Concert!
Steve Hewitt
Steve is a returning member to the committee after a few years break where he has carried out a number of the key roles on the committee over the years. This allows Steve to look at where the Village Hall was and where we are planning to look into the future.
James Crane
James has recently joined the committee and will be a great team player in helping the Village Hall achieve its aims and objectives each year. James' background as a high level project manager will help bring new ideas and ways we could work to streamline costs and complete future projects.
